First you need a cycle. For example, in a four player game:

If it’s your turn, choose, TRUTH, DARE, DOUBLE-DARE, or LOVE.

TRUTH	A question is asked. You must answer truthfully or be pinched.
DARE	A simple dare is requested. You may do it or get pinched.
DOUBLE-DARE	You’ll be asked to do two dares. If you don’t do them, get pinched twice.
LOVE	You’ll do something related to love. This includes kissing, hugging, telling someone you love him/her, etc. This may not be used in any other category.

The person whose arrow is pointing at you will tell you to do something from that category. When your turn is done, the person who your arrow is pointing at goes and you assign them something from their chosen category.
